This oil spill started back when Bush relaxed some of the oil company’s requirements and Chaney hired ex Halliburton people to work in the agency that is supposed to watch the oil company’s drilling and safety policies.
Check it out, Bush has failed at everything he ever did.
Somebody has always had to clean up his mess after he moved on.
